摘要： A transplant product derived from human umbilical cord has a collagenous tissue membrane derived from an umbilical cord, configured as a soft tissue barrier or wound covering or other internal or external wound healing attachment. The structural, chemical and biochemical properties are retained, the collagenous tissue membrane is cleaned removing the veins, arteries and Wharton's jelly without exposure to harsh chemicals. The collagenous tissue membrane is soaked in normal saline solution under mild agitation for a predetermined time to structurally increase tear resistance of the membrane. The collagenous tissue membrane is free of meconium. The collagenous tissue membrane has a general transparent or translucent appearance of a clear or slightly pink color. In one embodiment, the transplant product has one or more suture entry sites to facilitate suturing the product to tissue.

The biological composition is predisposed to demonstrate or support elaboration of active volume or spatial geometry consistent in morphology with that of disc tissue. The viable disc regenerative composition extends regenerative resonance that compliments or mimics disc tissue complexity.

摘要： A transplant product made from human amniotic fluid has a supernatant from filtered and centrifuged amniotic fluid, the amniotic fluid when recovered aseptically having a clear, translucent to slightly pink or tan color. The supernatant had been taken from the amniotic fluid which had been passed through a 170 to 260 micron blood filter, then centrifuged for 5 minutes or more at 400 g and thereafter the supernatant was separated from a pellet of debris, leaving the biochemical properties intact, wherein the supernatant is cryofrozen in sized cryovials having 0.25 to 2.0 ml of the supernatant at a temperature of −65 degrees or less prior to use and the transplant products method of use. The transplant product contains cellular material, cell fragments, proteins and growth factors maintaining the biochemical properties and is non-immunogenic while having particles up to 170 microns being passable through a 30 gauge syringe for injection.

摘要： A biological composition intermixed with a polyampholyte protectant for direct implantation has a mixture of biologic material and a volume of polyampholyte protectant. The mixture of biologic material has non-whole cellular components including vesicular components and active and inactive components of biological activity, cell fragments, cellular excretions, cellular derivatives, and extracellular components, or whole cells or combinations of the non-whole cellular components and whole cells, wherein the mixture is compatible with biologic function. The volume of polyampholyte protectant is intermixed with the mixture of biologic material, wherein the polyampholyte protectant is a liquid of a polyamine polymer compound of carboxylated poly-lysine and wherein the polyampholyte protectant forms a three-dimensional bonding shroud externally enveloping each of the non-whole cellular components, if any, and each of the whole cells, if any, of the mixture of biologic material.
