摘要： A motor vehicle sliding roof system has a wind deflector which conducts a flow of air, with flow around both sides thereof, over the entire sliding roof opening to prevent rumbling. The efficiency of the wind deflector 3 is improved by having a twist or a torsional distortion, i.e. by various profile sections being torsionally distorted with respect to each other by an angle with respect to each other about a profile axis. The wind deflector is therefore matched to a curvature of the vehicle roof running transversely with respect to the motor vehicle's longitudinal axis. Even in the side region of the sliding roof opening, the system permits a flow which is conducted away over the vehicle roof 9.

摘要： A water catching strip is provided between a vehicle windshield and a vehicle A-pillar. The strip has a water catching channel adjoining a windshield between the windshield and a water catching web of the strip projecting at a distance with respect to this windshield. The strip has a predominantly smooth outer surface and is designed to be improved with respect to its effect of preventing a driving-air-flow-caused lateral flowing-off of rain water from the vehicle front area onto the side windows. The strip includes the following features: the edge of the water catching web pointing to the windshield is constructed as a flow divider for rain water flowing laterally off the windshield; a groove extends parallel to the edge engaging in the outer surface of the strip at a narrow distance to its water catching web edge; the groove extends along the entire length of the strip and extends out of the latter in an open manner at least at the top; the groove extends in a region of the strip in which, when driving air flow exists, a flow separation is formed downstream of the edge of the water catching web.

摘要： The invention relates to an air control system in the front end of a motor vehicle with openings in a front wall defining the front end, through which cooling air flows into a motor compartment. Air ducts (6, 10, 11, 18) are provided which feed the cooling air into athe motor compartment, substantially against the direction of travel and which are formed by boundary walls (7, 19) running approximately parallel to the direction of the air flow. It is therefore the task of the invention that an air guidance is created in the front end of a motor vehicle while assuring a low-loss flow, in which the assembly is substantially simplified. According to the invention, the boundary walls (17, 19) are integrated into a body panel (1) which extends appromately across the direction of air flow in the motor compartment.
