摘要： The invention relates to a heat exchanger for cooling a circulating water of a fuel cell. This heat exchanger includes (1) an aluminum member having an inner surface which defines an inner space in the aluminum member such that the circulating water is allowed to flow through the inner space; and (2) a resin coating layer formed on the inner surface of the aluminum member. It becomes possible to prevent contamination of the circulating water by the provision of the resin coating layer. The heat exchanger can be produced by a first process including (a) providing a core portion having tubes made of aluminum and corrugated fins, which are alternately arranged; (b) assembling the core portion and a tank made of aluminum into an assembly; (c) brazing the assembly by heating into a brazed assembly; and (d) coating the inner surface of the brazed assembly with a resin coating layer.

摘要： An aluminum alloy thermal exchanger has an aluminum alloy metal surface without any harmful chromium ions and having good corrosion resistance and good hydrophilicity. The thermal exchanger includes an aluminum alloy metal having a surface provided with a first protective layer of chemical conversion coating produced by using a first treatment liquid, the first treatment liquid including a water soluble vanadium compound and a fluoro-zirconium complex compound. The first protective layer has a second protective layer of hydrophilic film thereon. The second protective layer is produced by adding and drying a second treatment liquid, the second treatment liquid including an aqueous polyvinyl alcohol polymer having a vinyl alcohol unit of more than 40% and another polymerization unit of less than 60 mol %, polyoxyethylene glycol having a weight average molecular weight of 6,000 and 1,000,000, a vanadium compound, and a zirconium compound, wherein, in the second treatment liquid, the ratio of the weight % of zirconium and vanadium is 40-350.

摘要： Telephone call fee notifying system and apparatus for informing a calling subscriber of a fee for telephoning a destination before talking starts. When the calling subscriber dials a special number, this special number is recognized by a charging information request recognizing unit, a telephone call fee for a connection destination is calculated in response to subsequently transmitted dialing by means of a charging calculation unit and a calculated telephone call fee is informed to the calling subscriber in the form of a speech by means of a charging information speech outputting unit. Listening to the speech, the calling subscriber decides whether a circuit connection is to be done or not and when the circuit connection is determined, an operation therefor is carried out to establish a connection to the desired connection destination.

摘要： A high frequency heating oven has an oven-defining housing having a heating chamber defined therein and a hingedly supported door for selectively closing and opening an access opening leading into the heating chamber. A cooking vessel, such as a saucepan or saucepot, is provided including a weighting plate removably accommodated within the vessel. The weighting plate is used to restrain the food being cooked in position within the vessel during the heating of the food by the use of the high frequency heating oven. The plate is made of dielectric material and has a plurality of vapor escapement holes.
