    • A method for processing transmission power level related data includes obtaining channel gain data from at least a served first user equipment and providing performance related data for at least the served first user equipment. The method also includes obtaining determined transmission power level data per group of resource blocks, as determined at a super frame level, and providing transmission power related pilot signals to the served first user equipment. Additionally the method includes obtaining channel quality related information from at least the served first user equipment and adapting the transmission power level per resource block on the frame level, wherein adapting the transmission power level comprises altering the determined transmission power level as determined per group of resource blocks at the super frame level, in dependence on the obtained channel quality related information related to at least the served first user equipment and the obtained channel gain data.

    • A method for controlling transmit power in a wireless communication system are disclosed. The method comprises determining a first transmit power of at least a first type of subframe which is higher than a maximum allowed average output power of the radio base station, and a second transmit power of at least a second type of subframe which is lower than the maximum allowed average output power. An average transmit power by which the radio base station transmitted an amount of subframes during a preceding time period is determined. Moreover, a maximum allowed power for a subsequent subframe based on the determined average transmit power and the maximum allowed average output power is determined. Finally, at least one type of subframe to be allowed for the subsequent subframe based on the determined maximum allowed power for the subsequent subframe and at least the first and second transmit power is determined.

    • In communication of data between a first base station and a mobile terminal, a second base station may handle uplink transmissions from the mobile terminal. For this purpose, the first base station sends, to the second base station, a request to handle the uplink transmissions from the mobile terminal. Further, the first base station sends carrier information to the second base station. The carrier information indicates one or more uplink carriers for receiving the uplink transmissions. The one or more uplink carriers are controlled by the second base station. Moreover, the first base station sends downlink transmissions to the mobile terminal. The downlink transmissions include configuration data. By means of the configuration data, the mobile terminal is configured to send uplink transmissions on the one or more uplink carriers as indicated by the carrier information, e.g., on an uplink payload channel controlled by the second base station.
