    • A remote maintenance system 1 is provided with a linear motor apparatus 2, a motor driver 3 for controlling a motor of the linear motion apparatus 2, and a user terminal 4. The motor driver 3 includes a memory which stores parameters relating to motor control. The user terminal 4 acquires the parameters from the motor driver 3, and sends the parameters to a maintenance server 5. Then, the user terminal 4 receives the parameters adjusted by the maintenance servers from the maintenance server 5, and writes the parameter into the memory of the motor driver 3. Thus, the parameters of the linear motion apparatus can be adjusted from remote locations at a high precision.

    • Provided is a technique to suppress hunting in a range of a minimum resolution of a pulse encoder when a servo motor has reached a target position and stopped, thereby maintaining a stable stop state. A servo motor position control device uses a cascade configuration having a position control loop as a main loop and a velocity and current control loop as a minor loop. A proportion control is performed for a position control while a proportion integration control is performed for a velocity control and a current control. When the servo motor position has reached the target position and stopped (S201), a current instruction value for the current control is maintained at a value upon stop (S202) and the current control is switched to the proportion control (S204).

    • Provided is an AC motor driving apparatus and an AC motor control method capable of utilizing the conventional PWM system as-is even in an ultra-compact AC motor having an extremely few turns of exciting coil and preventing occurring of vibration and noise. The AC motor driving apparatus has an inverter converting a DC voltage to an AC voltage and supplying the AC voltage to an AC motor; a PWM device controlling a magnitude and a frequency of an output voltage of the inverter and means for changing a time constant of the AC motor in accordance with a carrier frequency of the PWM device. Between the PWM device and the AC motor, there is provided a condenser and/or a coil for adjusting the time constant, and the capacity thereof is adjusted in accordance with the carrier frequency of the PWM device.
