    • A blanket-mounting mechanism includes a dragging shaft, a rotating device, a correction device, and a deflection suppression device. A dragging-shaft accommodation bore extends axially through a blanket cylinder. A blanket insertion groove extends axially on the outer circumferential surface of the blanket cylinder and extends radially to the dragging-shaft accommodation bore. The dragging shaft has a blanket-end reception groove formed on the outer circumferential surface and adapted to receive one end of a blanket. The dragging shaft is inserted into the dragging-shaft accommodation bore with an appropriate gap maintained therebetween and is supported rotatably. The rotating device is disposed at the side of one end face of the blanket cylinder and is connected to the dragging shaft. The correction device is disposed at the side of the other end face of the blanket cylinder and is able to grip/release the dragging shaft so as to adjust the angular position of the dragging shaft. The deflection suppression device supports the dragging shaft accommodated within the dragging-shaft accommodation bore while permitting the dragging shaft to rotate.

A beer storage barrel switching device (12) uninterruptedly supplies beer by switching between beer storage barrels (21-1, 21-2). The stopping device is free of direct touch with the fluid inside the tube, expected not to obstruct the flow in the tube as permitted as possible at normal condition, expected to perform both detection and control with a single device, and further invulnerable to kinds of fluids. The device for stopping a flow of fluid includes a tube holder to keep a tube in looped configuration, a movable part pressing the looped configuration of the tube. Pressing of the looped configuration of the tube make a snapped bent to stop the flow of fluid passed through the tube. Putting the movable part back into place results in the tube's returning from the configuration having the bent, allowing the fluid flowing again through the tube.

    • An offset perfecting press is disclosed wherein a web is printed on both sides while traveling between a pair of blanket cylinders. In the event of a web break downstream of the blanket cylinders, the web is conventionally cut off immediately upstream of the blanket cylinders. Thereupon, on the downstream side, the web will stick to either of the printing cylinders due to the adhesiveness of the ink thereon, tending to be wound about the cylinder all the way down to the point of break. In order to prevent this a pair of opposed web cut blades are disposed. Intermediate the printing cylinders and a downstream guide roller. Upon web break a pressure roller is actuated into rolling engagement with the guide roller via the web, urging the web forwardly by inertial rotation of the guide roller. Thus tensioned between either of the printing cylinders and the guide roller, the web is held tightly against either of the opposed blades thereby to be cut off.
