摘要： To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor having a high capacitance and an excellent heat resistance. A solid electrolytic capacitor includes: an anode 2; a dielectric layer 3 provided on the surface of the anode 2; a first conductive polymer layer 4a provided on the dielectric layer 3; a second conductive polymer layer 4b provided on the first conductive polymer layer 4a; a third conductive polymer layer 4c provided on the second conductive polymer layer 4b; and a cathode layer provided on the third conductive polymer layer 4c, wherein the first conductive polymer layer 4a is made of a conductive polymer film formed by polymerizing pyrrole or a derivative thereof, the second conductive polymer layer 4b is made of a conductive polymer film formed by polymerizing thiophene or a derivative thereof, and the third conductive polymer layer 4c is made of a conductive polymer film formed by electropolymerizing pyrrole or a derivative thereof.

A solid electrolytic capacitor includes: an anode 1 made of a valve metal or an alloy thereof; a dielectric layer 2 provided on the surface of the anode 1; a first coupling agent layer 3 made of a coupling agent having a molecular structure in which at least two phosphonic acid groups are bonded via an alkyl group, the first coupling agent layer 3 being provided on the dielectric layer; a first conductive polymer layer 4 provided on the first coupling agent layer 3; and a cathode layer 11 provided on or above the first conductive polymer layer 4.

摘要： Organic electroluminescent elements capable of operating at a low driving voltage, leading to saving of electric power and operating cost for a driving circuit. In an organic electroluminescent element in which a hole transport layer and a luminous layer are formed between a hole injecting electrode layer and an electron injecting electrode layer which are oppositely arranged in a pair and in which the hole transport layer is overlaid on the hole injecting electrode layer, the hole transport layer is doped with a hole injection material at least at a region near the interface between the hole transport layer and a hole injecting electrode. The hole injection material has an ionization potential which is lower than that of the material of the hole transport layer and higher than that of the material of the hole injecting electrode layer.

摘要： An electroluminescent (EL) device is disclosed which has a pair of electrodes, an organic film therebetween including at least organic emitting material, and a vacuum evaporated metal film extending from the electrodes on to the outer surface of the organic film. The metal film protects at least an area on the outer surface of the organic film against air. The area is part of the border between the exposed area of the organic film and one of the electrodes, the part of the border corresponding to the crossing region of the electrodes and its vicinity.
