摘要： A lamp connection device, which connects with an external circuit and a lamp, comprises an elastic conduction member having at least one engagement section and two winding connection members respectively formed at two ends of the elastic conduction member. The conductive wire of the external circuit and the conductive filament of the lamp are electrically connected to the elastic conduction member via the winding connection members. The engagement section is electrically connected with the conductive wire and conductive filament. Thereby, the lamp can be electrically connected with the external circuit, and the lamp connection device can be bent to flexibly connect to different lamp holders or lamp shades. The serrate structure of the engagement section also can realize invasive electrical connection to prevent increased resistance caused by the oxide layer formed on the surface of the conductive wire.

The vertical heating chamber communicates with the horizontal heating chamber and includes a mold heating zone. The mold heating zone has a working temperature higher than or equal to that of the bending tube heating zone. The tube bending mold is heated in the mold heating zone in a working temperature to bend the straight lamp tube held and heated in the horizontal heating chamber.

摘要： The present invention provides an optical cavity structure of an LED lighting apparatus comprising a base, a light reflector, LED module, and a light cover. The light reflector can be integrally formed with the base or an independent unit. An optical cavity is constructed by the base, light reflector and light cover altogether, and the LED module is attached to the base received within the optical cavity. The light reflector can be symmetrical with inclined angle or as a conical shape provided on two sides opposing to the direction of light from the LED module. The inner surface of the light reflector is a light reflecting surface. The light cover is attached to the light reflector. As a result, the light from the LED is gathered and reflected by the light reflecting surface via the angle and shape of the light reflector to achieve an enhanced luminance range and illumination.
