    • An alignment device for an intramedullary locking nail insertable in an intramedullary canal of a long bone. The alignment device includes a locating member having a handle portion connected to an elongated insertion member, and a targeting member movably coupled to the locating member. The insertion member can be inserted in a proximal portion of the intramedullary canal. The targeting member includes a plurality of guiding portions. Each guiding portion is configured to receive one of a plurality of blocking fasteners along an implantation trajectory and into the bone and around the intramedullary canal when the insertion member is inserted into the intramedullary canal. The implantation trajectory of each blocking fastener does not intersect the insertion member.

    • An orthopedic device is provided. The orthopedic device can include an intramedullary implant defining a longitudinal bore along a longitudinal axis. The intramedullary implant can define at least one bore formed along an axis for receipt of a fastener. The orthopedic device can include a fixation device receivable within the longitudinal bore. The fixation device can have at least one guiding bore formed along a guiding axis transverse to the longitudinal axis. The orthopedic device can include at least one collet received within the at least one guiding bore for positioning and locking the fastener at a variable angle relative to the guiding axis of the fixation device and the axis of the intramedullary implant.

    • An orthopedic device includes a targeting member, an elongated guiding member, and an adjustment member. The targeting member has an elongated body along a first longitudinal axis and can be coupled to an intramedullary implant such that the first longitudinal axis is parallel to the intramedullary implant. The targeting member includes a first bore extending along a second longitudinal axis t1hrough the elongated body, the first bore having a cross-section elongated in the direction of the first longitudinal axis. The first and second longitudinal axes define a first plane. The elongated guiding member passes through the first bore and is pivotable relative to the first longitudinal axis. The adjustment member is coupled to the elongated body and operable to change an orientation of the guiding member relative to the first longitudinal axis in the first plane.
