In order to create a slide bearing which can be preassembled, said slide-bearing is formed such that said crimped projection (50), when viewed from a longitudinal section of the box forms as a curved region (52) in the wall of said flange bearing box (6) in the vicinity of the axial end of the bearing opening (4) and said curved region (52) projects into the flange (16) of the box (6) in such a way that a space (h) is created between the opening (4) and of the bearing outer side which faces the flange bearing box (6) in the region of the curved profile prior to insertion of the bearing pins (26). The curved region (52) of the flange bearing box (6) can be radially deformed radially in an outward direction.

摘要： A friction bearing composite material comprises a metal base layer, a porous support layer applied thereto, and a low friction layer made from PTFE forming a bearing surface for a bearing partner. The low friction material forming the sliding surface also fills the pores in the support layer and comprises at least 60 vol. % PTFE and 10-25 vol. % zinc sulphide. In order to achieve a high wear resistance with a low coefficient of friction, the low friction material further comprises 1.5-3.5 vol. % carbon fibers and 1-7 vol. % PFA.

摘要： A hinge housing has a flange bearing bush pressed into a transverse bearing opening. A bearing pin is swively inserted in the flange bearing bush. The plain bearing is a ready-to-install unit in that the cylindrical bush part of the flange bearing bush inserted in the bearing opening is deformed radially outwards and radially inwards by axially upsetting the front face and rests on the inner wall of the bearing opening and against the circumferential surface of the bearing pin without play. The front face is recessed behind the surface of the hinge housing part. One side of the plain bearing has an axial bearing element that exteriorly rests radially against the surface area of the hinge housing part surrounding the bearing opening and radially interiorly against an axial step of the bearing pin. The bearing pin is secured in a position in the axial direction.
