摘要： The compact resin molding machine is capable of efficiently performing a sequence of molding actions from feeding a work and resin to accommodating the molded work. The resin molding machine comprises: a work conveying mechanism including a robot, which has a robot hand for holding the work and which is capable of rotating and linearly moving; a work feeding section for feeding the work; a resin feeding section for feeding the resin; a press section including a molding die set, in which the work is resin-molded; a work accommodating section for accommodating the molded work; and a control section controlling the entire resin molding machine. The work feeding section, the resin feeding section, the press section and the work accommodating section are located to enclose a moving area of the robot of the work conveying mechanism.

An ultrasonic vibrator is attached to an enlarged portion of the vibration transmitting portion, and the ultrasonic waves supplied from the ultrasonic vibrator irradiate the washing liquid flowing to the forked portion, and the edge of the material to washed is washed by the ultrasonic wave and the washing liquid.

摘要： There will be provided a punching unit capable of reliably drawing a punch out of the workpiece, improving the productivity and without deteriorating the boring precision even for a workpiece which easily spreads, and preventing leavings rising. A stripper plates which has been positioned close to the workpiece in accordance with the thickness thereof does not press the workpiece, but draws the punch during rising out of the workpiece to transmit the striking driving force of the electric motor to the movable die holding the punch. In an air path portion arranged within the machine frame, there is provided means for opening or closing through an electric signal and the air path between the air ejecting unit and the means is made shorter, whereby the response to air ejection is improved, the pressure loss during air flow is reduced to a minimum, and jet air is accurately applied to punching chips (leavings) which adhere to the punch at the bottom dead center for peeling off the punch.

A luminous element is connected with the circuit board opposite to the light conducting portion. A fish sonar circuit inputs signals of a surface of a body of water, fish, and a bottom of the water, and a piezoelectric vibrator is connected to the fish sonar.
