    • A surgical resecting tool (1) whereby a cartilage, cartilage knob or tumor within a body cavity, for example, such articulation cavity as of a knee is resected from outside the body cavity without being incised and is taken out of the body cavity is provided with a rigid outer tube (4) removably provided in the front part of a body part (2) which is also a holding part and has a rotary power source 28.
