The structure of the present invention, even in the case that the fiber convex structure section having a characteristic of conducting or absorbing electromagnetic waves is provided, can effectively hold the fibers and is capable of suppressing or preventing coming-out of the fibers, thereby exhibiting the characteristic of conducting or absorbing electromagnetic waves at an excellent level.
