摘要： A plug type connector, and more particularly a plug type connector having a locking function when the plug type connector is connected to a counter connector, coupling the plug type connector to the counter connector. Especially, the configuration of the double springs is formed by adjacent two arc-shaped elastic springs sandwiching the coaxial cable drawn out outwardly in the radial direction from the receptacle fitting portion.

摘要： The invention relates to a card connector, and more particularly to a card connector having a function of half-locking a card 100 such as a memory card inserted into a card insertion space of a case 1, in an extractable state. The invention provides a card connector which exhibits an excellent half-lock performance for a long term, and which, in a card-set state, exhibits an enhanced half-lock performance.In the card connector of the invention, a slider 3 is attached to the case 1 in a longitudinally movable manner, and the slider 3 is always elastically urged in the card ejecting direction. A half-lock mechanism 5 which engagingly holds the card in an extractable manner is disposed on the slider 3. The half-lock mechanism 5 is formed with being divided into: a movable piece 52 which is configured by a resin-molded member, and which has an engaging projection 51 that engagingly holds the card 100 in an extractable manner; and a metal-made-spring member 55 which elastically urges the movable piece 52 in the direction along which the engaging projection 51 is to be fitted into a recess 110 of the card 100. The card connector further has an auxiliary spring member 70 which, when the slider 3 is at the pushed position, increases the elastic force of the spring member 55.

摘要： For producing an abrasive tape (11) including a film substrate (2) and a polishing abrasive layer (10) laminated on one surface of the film substrate (2) and having on the outer surface thereof a plurality of recessed parts (9), the film substrate (2) is wrapped partially around the outer peripheral surface of a roll formplate (1) having on the surface thereof a plurality of concavities (5), and, as the roll formplate (1) is rotated, the film substrate (2) is fed thereto. On one hand, an ionizing radiation curing type resin (3) is supplied into the interface between the roll formplate (1) and the film substrate (2) therearound to be formed by the said concavities (5), and the recessed parts (9) are formed on the resin surface. During this forming, radiation rays (R) are projected from an ionizing radiation ray source (8) toward the resin (3) thereby to cure the resin (3) and, at the same time, to render the resin (3) and the film substrate (2) into an integral structure. The abrasive tape (11) obtained in this manner is separated from the roll formplate (1). The abrasive tape (11) thus obtained is of high product quality. The production method is highly efficient and is suitable for mass production of abrasive tapes of identical concave-convex surface figuration.

摘要： A basic sample having a surface is set in an ultrahigh vacuum chamber. Atoms constituting the sample are deposited on the surface of the sample to remove vacancy-type defects. A laser beam having a predetermined wavelength and a predetermined fluence is radiated on the sample to remove adatom-type and kink-type defects, thereby producing a defect-free surface. In addition, the same material as that for a basic sample is deposited on a defect-free surface to produce a defect-free thin film.
