Therefore, the inertia of moment of the shade (22) can be lowered by decreasing the length of the lever of the fitting stay (26).

    • It is an object of the present invention to overcome various drawbacks of a conventional oil pulse wrench by using an electric motor, to reduce a reaction force and to fasten a screw with high precision.
