    • A searchable encryption resistant to frequency analysis. A conversion rule management device generates a conversion rule table associating a search keyword with a conversion keyword group. Based on the conversion rule table, a data registration device generates registration data associating encrypted data with an encrypted keyword, and registers the registration data in a server device. An information processing device obtains from the conversion rule table a conversion keyword group associated with a specified search keyword, generates an encrypted keyword group, and requests a data search by specifying the encrypted keyword group. Using as a search key an encrypted keyword included in the encrypted keyword group, the server device searches for encrypted data associated with the search key, and returns searched encrypted data. The information processing device decrypts the searched encrypted data, and outputs as a search result search data obtained by decryption.

    • A laser machining system for machining a plurality of different machining spots on a work, which comprises a laser oscillator for generating laser light; a laser light scanner for deflecting the laser light generated from the laser oscillator so as to sequentially irradiate the laser light to the plurality of variable machining spots on the work; an irradiation time setting member for determining previously a laser irradiation time for machining one machining spot on the work in one operation; and a controller for controlling the laser light scanner to sequentially move the machining spots in a time division fashion so that the laser irradiation time to machine each machining spot in one operation does not exceed the determined irradiation time. Thus, this laser machining system can perform laser machining with high precision at a machining rate as high as possible with a thermal effect prevented.

    • A laser scanner driving device has a piezoelectric actuator which acts through a lever to rotate a drive shaft against the force of a plunger which is biased by a reaction spring. The drive shaft is the input to a displacement amplifier. A laser beam deflecting mirror is mounted on the output shaft of the displacement amplifier. In order to reduce the effect of friction on the conversion of the rectilinear displacement of the piezoelectric actuator into the rotational displacement of the mirror and to avoid non-coaxial reaction forces on the piezoelectric actuator, at least one rotatable contactor is provided between the free end of the piezoelectric actuator and the lever and at least one rotatable contactor is provided between one end of the plunger and the lever.
