摘要： There is provided an editing and printing system, including: a layout information memory that stores layout information including information on a layout area for each original article on a page and information indicating whether or not each original article is replaceable; a replacement candidate memory that stores replacement candidate articles; a replaced version generation unit that generates a page of a replaced version by arranging a replacement candidate article stored in the replacement candidate memory in the layout area for an original article which is defined as replaceable in the layout information; and a printing unit that prints the page of the replaced version generated by the replaced version generation unit.

摘要： A document processing apparatus includes an acquisition unit, a detection unit, a specifying unit and an output unit. The acquisition unit acquires document data containing pieces of page image data corresponding to pages of documents. Each document is formed by stacking and half-folding sheets. The detection unit detects pieces of page image data corresponding to pages to be printed on a same side of a same sheet in the documents, from the page image data contained in the document data. The specifying unit specifies pieces of page image data corresponding to respective pages of each document, from the page image data contained in the document data based on a detection result. The output unit outputs data, which is based on pieces of page image data corresponding to respective pages of at least one of the documents, based on a specifying result.

摘要： A document processing apparatus includes an acquiring unit and an output unit. The acquiring unit acquires first document data containing page image data corresponding to pages of a document. Each page of the document has a first end and a second end opposite to the first end. The output unit outputs second document data in which an order or a direction of the page image data is changed, when the first document data contains first page image data indicating that an image is drawn in a first area corresponding to the first end of at least one of the pages of the document and second page image data indicating that an image is drawn in a second area corresponding to the second end of at least one of the pages of the document and when page numbers of the first and second page image data have a predetermined relationship.
