摘要： An object of the invention is to provide a method of manufacturing a glass substrate for an information recording medium, which suppresses an increase in the number of foreign matter adhering to the surface of the glass substrate or damages on the surface of the glass substrate in suckingly holding the glass substrate by a suctorial holding portion, and to provide a suction instrument which makes it easy to dismount a glass substrate from a polishing pad of a polishing device. A suction instrument 1 of the invention has a suction pad 32. The suction pad 32 is provided with a center hole 32a, and a groove 32b extending from the center hole 32a to an end of an outer periphery of the contacting pad 32.

摘要： A fuel supply device is provided capable of supplying a necessary amount of fuel while ensuring predetermined stoichiometric characteristics over a wide range of flow rates. The body unit of the fuel supply device includes the first ejector, the second ejector, and a switching valve. The switching valve has a function to select either one of a first passage or a second passage for communicating with the valve chamber and to block the other passage. The first passage is communicated with a nozzle of the first ejector, and the second passage is communicated with a nozzle of the second ejector. The first ejector has a diffuser passage communicated with the reflux chamber, the second ejector has a diffuser passage communicated with the reflux chamber, and the diffuser passage 43 and the diffuser passage are connected with a hydrogen outlet through a merging passage.

摘要： A stowable vehicle seat with improved operability is configured so that a stowing and restoring operation can be performed by rotating seat support parts and provided on the rear end part of a seat cushion in the front and rear direction around the rotating center. The seat support part is provided with a rotating shaft provided on the seat cushion side, a rotating shaft bracket pivotally supporting the rotating shaft on the vehicle body floor side, and spiral springs one end part side of which is always locked to the rotating shaft side and which urges in the restoration rotating direction. The other end part side of the spiral springs is locked to the vehicle body floor side at different predetermined angles of the seat cushion.
