    • A semiconductor device has a semiconductor substrate and a first electrical fuse and a second electrical fuse, which are provided on the semiconductor substrate. The first electrical fuse has a first upper layer wire and a first lower layer wire formed in different wire layers, and a via for connecting the first upper layer wire to the first lower layer wire. The second electrical fuse has a second upper layer wire and a second lower layer wire formed in different wire layers, and a via for connecting the second upper layer wire to the second lower layer wire. The semiconductor device has a connection portion for connecting the above described first upper layer wire of the first electrical fuse to the second lower layer wire of the second electrical fuse. The connection portion connects the first electrical fuse and the second electrical fuse in series.

    • An object of the present invention is to make available a pivoting display device which enables a display unit to be assuredly stowed even by using a relatively small elastic component, and which has enhanced reliability and is space-saving. When a power switch becomes off, a monitor which can be stowed is swung by urging force from a coil spring. In an initial stage in which counter-electromotive force Vm induced by a motor is greater than on-voltage of a FET, the counter-electromotive force Vm acts as rotation resistance for the motor. When the monitor approaches a stowage position, the rotating speed of the motor is reduced. Therefore, bias voltage of the FET is reduced due to reduction of the counter-electromotive force Vm, and the braking force imposed on the motor by the counter-electromotive force Vm is gradually reduced, thereby increasing pivoting speed.

A keyword-candidate extracting unit extracts a word related to a retrieval word input by a retriever from the text information obtained by the information collector, and sets the extracted word to be a keyword candidate. A retrieval instructing unit gives an instruction to retrieve by using the retrieval word and the keyword candidate set by the keyword-candidate extracting unit as keywords.

    • A pressure sensor can be mounted to an object with a pressure to be measured by a mounting structure. The mounting structure includes bonding a first member and a second member, a medium passageway formed on one of the bonding face thereof, a flexible printed wiring board interposed between both bonding faces through gaskets, and a pressure sensor element electrically connected to the flexible printed wiring board by an electrically conductive member so that the sensor element electrically connects to the outside of the object. The pressure sensor element is disposed in a recess that is formed on the bonding face. The presser medium is transferred through an introduction hole from the medium passageway to the pressure sensor element.
