摘要： A shift lever apparatus includes a shift lever including a pivot portion and a stick portion formed so as to extend in a vertical direction from the pivot portion, a base member including a shift lever supporting portion and a shift direction and a positioning member for applying a biasing force to the shift lever, and the positioning member having a first elastic member for pressing the shift lever, a second elastic member whose spring constant is smaller than that of the first elastic member and a second elastic member compressed amount regulating member for regulating the second elastic member to be compressed by a predetermined compressed amount so that a length of the second elastic member is a predetermined length.
