摘要： A touch panel and a fabricating method thereof are provided in the instant disclosure. The touch panel having a non-display area and a display area includes a shielding layer disposed on a side of a substrate and defining the non-display area on the substrate; a sensing electrode layer disposed on the substrate at the same side as the shielding layer, wherein at least one portion of the sensing electrode layer is disposed on a surface of the substrate in the display area; a first protecting layer disposed in the display area and covering the sensing electrode layer; and a second protecting layer disposed in the non-display area and covering the shielding layer. By modifying the structure of the protecting layer, the height difference between the sensing electrode layer and the shielding layer may not cause the color difference due to the non-uniform protecting layer.

摘要： A touch panel, comprises a substrate, a sensing layer disposed on the substrate, wherein the sensing layer includes a plurality of electrode patterns disposed on at least one surface of the substrate, and arranged in interval; an optical matching glue disposed on the sensing layer and filled in the intervals, wherein the refractive index of the optical matching glue matches the refractive index of the sensing layer. The present invention further comprises an optical matching glue and the manufacturing method thereof. When using the touch panel of the present invention, the defects of appearance caused by the refractive index difference between the electrode pattern and the intervals can be reduced without any additional process.

摘要： A touch panel device is provided, having a cover plate, a first mask layer, a signal trace layer and a second mask layer. The cover plate has a visible area and a shield area at a side of the visible area. The shield area is divided into first, second area, third areas sequentially from the visible area to an edge of the shield area. The first mask layer disposed in the first and second areas of the shield area over a surface of the cover plate, wherein the first mask layer has a flat surface. The signal trace layer is disposed in the first area of the shield area over the flat surface. The second mask layer is at least disposed in the third area near the edge of the cover plate. A viscosity of the second mask layer is larger than a viscosity of the first mask layer.

The light transmissive separating layer has a light transmissive lateral surface distal to the central zone. The opaque layer covers the peripheral zone and has an opaque outer lateral surface substantially aligned with the light transmissive lateral surface. The touch sensing layer is located on the central zone, and the light transmissive separating layer separates the cover plate and the touch sensing layer.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to a touch technology, and more particularly to a touch device and a fabrication method thereof. The touch device comprises a sensing area and a peripheral area. The touch device further comprises a sensing electrode layer, a shading layer, a signal transmission line layer, and a conductive layer. The sensing electrode layer extends from the sensing area to the peripheral area. The shading layer is disposed on the peripheral area to overlay the sensing electrode layer and has a through hole to expose a portion of the sensing electrode layer. The signal transmission line layer is disposed on the shading layer and does not cover the through hole. The conductive layer fills the through hole and electrically connects the sensing electrode layer. In addition, a fabrication, method of a touch device is also provided.

摘要： A light guiding liquid glue and a touch sensitive display using the same are provided. The light guiding liquid glue includes a liquid glue and a plurality of light guiding particles dispersed in the liquid glue, wherein volume percent of the light guiding particles in the light guiding liquid glue ranges between 10% and 50%. The light guiding particles have a light scattering property, which can transfer a linear light into a flat light, and therefore the light guiding liquid glue of the present disclosure has a light guiding property. The touch sensitive display includes a display panel and a touch panel. The light guiding liquid glue is disposed between the display panel and the touch panel, which can transmit evenly lights emitted from the display panel to outside of the touch sensitive display.
