摘要： In an opening and closing device (100) for a fuel tank, a path forming part (20) forms a fuel path (100P) along which supplied liquid fuel is guided to the fuel tank. A first valve mechanism (10) arranged at the path forming part (20) opens and closes a filling opening (104). A second valve mechanism (30) opens and closes an insertion path (100Pn) for a fuel nozzle (FN) at the end of the insertion path (100Pn) in the most upstream area of the fuel path (100P). In a non-filling situation in which the first valve mechanism (10) closes the filling opening (104), passage of air between an insertion path communication hole (51) and an outside air passage hole (53) is encouraged. In a filling situation in which the fuel nozzle (FN) makes the first valve mechanism (10) open the filling opening (104), passage of air between the insertion path communication hole (51) and the outside air passage hole (53) is interrupted. Therefor the opening and closing device (100) for the fuel tank prevents or reduces discharge of fuel in a fuel filling period while ensuring air permeability in a non-filling period.

The open-close device for fuel tank comprises a filler port-forming member that is configured to form a filler port of a fuel passage; an open-close member that is configured to open and close the filler port; and a double torsion spring that is configured to include a pressing portion arranged to press the open-close member in a valve closing direction and two coil portions connected with respective ends of the pressing portion and is supported by the filler port-forming member in a rotatable manner. The double torsion spring has a space defined by the two coil portions. The filler port-forming member is placed in the space and has a restricting element configured to restrict deformation of the double torsion spring.

摘要： A flow path-forming member mounted to a pipe opening end of a filler pipe forms an insertion flow path portion in which a fueling nozzle is inserted, such that the insertion flow path portion communicates with a fuel flow path. An opening end engagement portion is arranged to cover a flow path inner circumferential wall a flow path outer circumferential wall and a peripheral wall of the fuel flow path at the pipe opening end around the fuel flow path and is engaged with the filler pipe at the pipe opening end. The flow path-forming member mounted to and engaged with the filler pipe is fastened to the filler pipe by means of a fastening structure, in the state that a pipe outer circumferential wall of the filler pipe is covered by an outer circumference covering portion that is provided from the opening end engagement portion to a downstream side of the fuel flow path. This configuration enhances the effectiveness of preventing the flow path-forming member that forms the insertion flow path portion for the fueling nozzle from being unintentionally detached.

This closing device for the filler port comprises a fuel passage forming portion configured to include a first engagement element; a first open-close mechanism configured to include a first cover that is opened toward an upstream side; and a second open-close mechanism configured to open and close a second opening and include a second cover that is opened toward the upstream side. The first open-close mechanism further comprises a disengagement portion located on the upstream side of a second engagement element when the second engagement element is engaged with the first engagement element, and configured to disengage the second engagement element from the first engagement element when receiving a force in a closing direction from the second cover.

This configuration of the opening-closing apparatus for the fuel tank reduces the dust and the like invaded from outside into the fuel passage which a liquid fuel passes through.
