摘要： An ophthalmic apparatus of an embodiment include a data acquisition device, distribution data generator, correction value calculator, magnification corrector, and data comparator. The data acquisition device acquires three dimensional data by applying OCT to the fundus of a subject's eye. The distribution data generator generates distribution data of a predetermined measurement value in the fundus based on the three dimensional data. The correction value calculator calculates a magnification correction value based on a predetermined condition for acquiring the three dimensional data. The magnification corrector changes at least one of the size of standard distribution data generated in advance for the predetermined measurement value and the size of the distribution data, based on the magnification correction value. The data comparator compares the distribution data with the standard distribution data, at least one of whose sizes has been changed by the magnification corrector.

The controller controls the scanner to perform a first scan that scans a cross section of the object in a first scan direction and a second scan that scans a cross section of the object in a second scan direction opposite to the first scan direction. The phase information generator generates first phase information based on first acquisition data acquired by the first scan and second phase information based on second acquisition data acquired by the second scan. The phase information processor generates composite phase information based on the first phase information and the second phase information.

The optical system splits light output front a light source into measurement light and reference light, projects the measurement light onto the fundus, generates interference light by superposing returning light of the measurement light from the subject's eye on the reference light, and detects the interference light. The optical scanner deflects the measurement light for scanning the fundus. The optical path length changing device changes at least one of an optical path length of the measurement light and an optical path length of the reference light. The controller controls the optical scanner based on at least the optical path length.

摘要： An embodiment is a blood flow measurement device that generates blood flow information based on data collected by repeatedly scanning an interested cross section intersecting a blood vessel of an eye fundus using OCT. A data collector scans four or more cross sections intersecting the blood vessel. A first calculator determines a first gradient and second gradient of the blood vessel by analyzing a first data group and second data group among four or more pieces of data corresponding to the four or more cross sections collected by the data collector. A second calculator determines a gradient of the blood vessel at the interested cross section based on the first gradient and the second gradient. A blood flow information generator generates the blood flow information based on the gradient determined by the second calculator and the data collected by repeatedly scanning the interested cross section.

摘要： The present invention provides an ophthalmic device capable of minimizing the generation of flare at a lower cost and in a shorter time than in the prior arts when photographing in a state where an optical axis of an examination optical system is deviated from a reference position of a subject eye. The ophthalmic device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a photographing unit that images a region to be observed of the subject eye through the examination optical system, a first alignment unit that performs alignment on the examination optical system with respect to the subject eye in the optical axis direction and the direction perpendicular to the optical axis direction, an optical system movement unit that moves the examination optical system from a first position aligned by the first alignment unit to a second position which is deviated from the first position at least in the perpendicular direction, and a second alignment unit that determines an alignment position in the optical axis direction of the examination optical system with respect to the subject eye at the second position based on the positional difference between the first position and the second position and moves the examination optical system to the alignment position along the optical axis direction.

摘要： A blood flow measuring unit of a blood flow measurement apparatus of an embodiment includes an optical system for applying an OCT scan to an eye fundus and obtains blood flow information based on data acquired by the OCT scan. A movement mechanism moves the optical system. A controller applies a first movement control to the movement mechanism to move the optical system in a first direction orthogonal to an optical axis of the optical system by a predetermined distance from the optical axis. A judging unit judges occurrence of vignetting based on a detection result of return light of light incident on the eye through the optical system after the first movement control. The controller applies a second movement control to the movement mechanism to further move the optical system based on a judgement result obtained by the judging unit.

摘要： An ophthalmic imaging apparatus of an embodiment includes a data acquisition unit, a blood vessel enhanced image forming unit, and a blood vessel gradient distribution determination unit. The data acquisition unit is configured to acquire a three dimensional data set of a fundus of a subject's eye using optical coherence tomography (OCT). The blood vessel enhanced image forming unit is configured to form a blood vessel enhanced image based on the three dimensional data set. The blood vessel gradient distribution determination unit is configured to determine a blood vessel gradient distribution that shows gradients of blood vessels at a plurality of locations in the fundus, based on the blood vessel enhanced image.
