摘要： A unidirectional double deflection type cathode ray tube comprises an evacuated envelope, a target at one end of the envelope, an electron gun at the other end of the envelope for emitting an electron beam, main deflection means positioned between the electron gun and the target for deflecting the electron beam in one direction, an arcuate lens electrode device curved about the deflection center of the electron beam caused by the main deflection means, the lens aperture electrode device being provided with a plurality of lens apertures equally spaced apart in the direction of the scanning of the electron beam. Further provided is an auxiliary deflection means co-operating with and synchronized with the main deflection means for further deflecting the beam by a length equal to the pitch of the projection of the lens apertures the electron beam being thereby deflected to the positions of respective lens apertures.
