    • A hinge mechanism for securing to the body of an electronic device. The hinge mechanism includes a fixing plate. A holding member and two latching members project from the base of the electronic device. An end of the holding member opposite to the base bends toward the at least one latching member to form a latching portion. Each latching member includes a connecting portion projecting from the base, a supporting portion bending from an end of the connecting portion opposite to the base, and a hook arranged at a side of the supporting portion opposite to the connecting portion. The holding member cooperates with the supporting portion to define a clearance for holding the fixing plate, the hooks cooperate with the holding member to secure the fixing plate to the body.

    • An electronic device includes a circuit board and a navigation key arranged on the circuit board. The circuit board forms a number of switches thereon. The navigation key includes a key cap, a frame, and a number of elastic connecting arms The key cap includes an annular operating portion configured for pressing, and a number of actuators extending from the operating portion towards the circuit board. Each actuator hangs above one corresponding switch, and contacts with the corresponding switch when the operation portion of the navigation key is pressed. The frame is arranged around the key cap, and is fixedly assembled to the circuit board. The elastic connecting arms interconnect the operation portion of the key cap and the frame to limit rotation of the key cap.

    • This invention provides an electronic device including a base defining a receiving space, a cover coupled to the base, a main circuit board retained within the receiving space, a control panel attached to the cover, and a receiver. The cover includes a positioning tab defining a cutout. The receiver includes a main body to convert remote signals into electrical signals and a plurality of pins parallelly connected to the main body. The main body is fixed within the cutout and the pins are connected in parallel to the control panel for transmitting the converted electrical signals to the main circuit board via the control panel.

    • An electronic device includes an upper cover, a lower cover, and a cover. An infrared window is defined in the edge of the lower cover for receiving the cover.
