摘要： A multi-screw kneader is configured to exhibit an extensional flow function before and behind holes of a disk-shaped segment and a method for producing a nano-composite uses the multi-screw kneader. The multi-screw kneader includes a plurality of kneading screws and the disk-shaped segment in a barrel. The disk-shaped segment partitions the inside of the barrel downstream of a part for supplying a kneading material and includes shaft receiving parts through which rotating shafts of the kneading screws are to rotatably pass and the holes are defined in a periphery of the shaft penetrating parts and are configured to serve as flow channels of the kneading material. The method for producing the nano-composite includes charging nanoparticles as a resin additive using the multi-screw kneader.

摘要： There are provided a resin composition that is suitable for the production of a flame-retardant molded article and that can provide high flame retardancy even with a small amount of flame retardant added, and a flame retardancy determination method for determining the flame retardancy of a resin composition. The resin composition of the present invention contains a thermoplastic resin, a cellulosic material, and a phosphate flame retardant and satisfies relational expressions (1) and (2) (where in expressions (1) and (2), TP, TB, and TCMP are temperatures at weight loss rate peaks in thermogravimetric analysis, TP is a temperature (° C.) at a weight loss rate peak of the thermoplastic resin, TB is a temperature (° C.) at a weight loss rate peak of the cellulosic material, and TCMP is a temperature (° C.) at a weight loss rate peak of the resin composition. When the resin composition has two weight loss rate peaks, TCMP is a temperature at a peak on a lower temperature side).

摘要： An injection molding apparatus includes: an injection cylinder having a tip opening communicating with a cavity of a molding die; a resin supply portion configured to supply thermoplastic resin to a space in the injection cylinder; a reinforced fiber supply portion configured to supply fiber reinforced aggregates to the space in the injection cylinder; and a screw rotatably disposed in the injection cylinder, the screw being configured to compress and knead the thermoplastic resin in the injection cylinder and defibrate the fiber reinforced aggregates so as to disperse the fiber reinforced aggregates in the thermoplastic resin. The resin supply portion and the reinforced fiber supply portion are provided as different bodies. The reinforced fiber supply portion is placed on a tip opening side relative to the resin supply portion. The screw has a uniform groove depth.
