    • An automatic white balance control image apparatus, medium, and method. The automatic white balance control imaging apparatus may include a color space conversion unit converting the input image data into color space data having a chromatic component, a gray region extraction unit extracting a gray region for the input image data based on gray regions for light sources, the gray regions being detected based on plural light sources and a predetermined color checker, a detection unit extracting initial light source information using a color gamut average value and a color gamut center value, and adjusting the initial light source information in order for a chromatic component introduced into the extracted gray region to be excluded, a gain control unit calculating gains to scale the input image data based on the adjusted initial light source information, and controlling a white balance by applying the calculated gains to the input image data.

    • Provided is a camera module having a wide dynamic range (WDR) function and a reduced size. The camera module includes a lens unit including a plurality of lenses collecting incident light; a filter unit having a plurality of filtering regions corresponding to respective regions of the lenses; and an image sensor unit having a plurality of sensing regions, each converting light that passes through each of the filtering regions into an electrical signal. The filtering regions are divided into a first filtering region in which different color filters are formed and a second filtering region in which a color filter having a higher transmittance than the transmittances of the color filters formed in the first filtering region is formed.

The color correction apparatus includes: a chromatic region determination module determining a first chromatic region to which an input pixel constituting an input image belongs and a second chromatic region neighboring the first chromatic region on a basis of specified chromatic region division information; a polynomial regression operation module performing polynomial regression on the first chromatic region and the second chromatic region; and a blending module providing corrected pixel information for the input pixel by giving weight values to results of the polynomial regression on the first chromatic region and the second chromatic region. The method includes obtaining a plurality of original color-separated images through a camera module including a plurality of lenses and a plurality of image sensing areas corresponding to the lenses, respectively, generating a first intermediate image corresponding to the sensing areas, the first intermediate image being divided into a plurality of pixel groups, generating a second intermediate image by mapping pixel information of pixels at identical positions in respective original color-separated images onto a predetermined pixel of a pixel group in the first intermediate image corresponding to the identical position, and generating a final image by interpolating the second intermediate image. The pixel group includes a plurality of pixels corresponding to an arrangement pattern of color filters.
