摘要： An apparatus for collecting wireless is provided. The apparatus includes an antenna and a collection circuit. The antenna generates an alternating current (AC) voltage from a radio wave. The collection circuit generates a direct current (DC) voltage corresponding to the AC voltage, determines whether the DC voltage is lower than a preset value, and changes an internal impedance of the collection circuit if it is determined that the DC voltage is lower than the preset voltage.

The dynamic bias supply device includes a plurality of switches respectively corresponding to each of the parallel power amplifiers. The dynamic bias supply device is used in a distributed manner as multiple distributed dynamic bias switching circuits for the multiple parallel power amplifiers. Accordingly, performance deterioration is not caused by an additional connection structure, and it is possible to achieve high efficiency and high linearity of the power amplifiers.
