    • A centrifugal fan, in which an expansion angle of a radius of curvature of the outer periphery of a scroll housing from a position angle of a cutoff portion, serving as a suction portion, to a designated portion from the former in the direction of air flow is gradually decreased; and an expansion angle of the radius of curvature of the outer periphery of the scroll housing from the above designated portion to a discharge portion is gradually increased, thereby easily converting the velocity of the discharged fluid to pressure due to the increased dimensions of the discharge region and increasing the flow rate. Further, since noise generated from a cutoff portion of the centrifugal fan of the present invention maintains the same level as that of the conventional centrifugal fan, the centrifugal fan of the present invention has reduced noise at the same flow rate.

    • A blower comprising: a centrifugal fan; a driving unit for rotating the centrifugal fan; a bracket including a base fixedly-coupled to one side of the driving unit and a protrusion protruded from the base in a shaft direction of the centrifugal fan; and a fan housing fixedly-coupled to the bracket so as to rotatably receive the centrifugal fan, and including a suction port formed at one side of the bracket in the shaft direction of the centrifugal fan so as to suck air by the rotation of the centrifugal fan, and a discharge port formed in a perpendicular direction of the suction port, for discharging the air sucked through the suction port, wherein one side of the discharge port is formed in ‘V’ shape by a first inclination surface formed in the protrusion of the bracket and a second inclination surface formed at the fan housing which is contact with one end of the protrusion, and at least one of the first and second inclination surfaces is formed in a curved line so as to increase a discharge area of the discharge port, whereby a flow rate discharged through the discharge port can uniformly be distributed so as to reduce noise and simultaneously increase a discharged air volume.

    • A method for controlling a media message upload through a wireless communication network is disclosed. In one aspect of the present invention, when a communication terminal uploads particular media data to an application server, the communication terminal uploads the media data by organizing it into a plurality of segments and one response message is issued by the application server for a predefined number of segments. If an upload error occurs, the upload can be easily resumed without verification of the uploaded data based on a sequence number of a segment provided by the application server.
