摘要： A solid-state transducer is disclosed. The transducer comprises a semi-conductor substrate forming a support structure and having an opening. A thin-film structure forming a diaphragm responsive to fluid-transmitted acoustic pressure is disposed over the opening. The transducer further includes a plurality of semi-conductor supports and tangential arms extending from the diaphragm edge for connecting the periphery of the diaphragm to the supports. The tangential arms permit the diaphragm to rotate relative to the supports to relieve film stress in the diaphragm. The transducer still further includes a plurality of stop bumps disposed between the substrate and the diaphragm. The stop bumps determine the separation of the diaphragm from the substrate when the transducer is biased.

摘要： A kit comprising an installation fixture, a plurality of mechanical fasteners and an embedding tool is provided which allows for an elastomer band to be disposed in a mounting groove around a semiconductor substrate support in a manner that relieves the internal stresses of the elastomer band, leading to an elastomer band with a longer operational lifetime. The installation fixture is secured to a substrate support with mechanical fasteners. An elastomer band is placed around an outer circumference of the installation fixture and rotated back and forth to relieve internal stresses of the elastomer band. The fixture is inverted and the elastomer band is slid vertically off the fixture and into the mounting groove. An embedding tool can be used to completely insert the elastomer band into the mounting groove.

The method also includes with forwarding the digital certificate to the service provider.

The express kit includes a manifold, a milk collection vessel, a rigid cup and a flexible liner. The liner is made of a pliable material, and includes a funnel and a throat. The inside surface of the funnel, which is between the liner and the cup when the liner is installed, has an optional honeycomb structure that creates a forced space between the liner and the cup, while maintaining some degree of flexibility. At the end of the liner inside the throat, a rigid insert or suitable bond maintains some rigidity inside the throat, supports the liner and creates a seal between the liner and the cup at the throat end of the liner.
