    • The present invention presents a mobile electronic device comprising dynamic hardware controls and a method for controlling dynamic hardware controls. The mobile electronic device comprises a pressure sensing film arranged to detect a pressure applied on at least one portion of at least one side of the mobile electronic device and electroactive polymer film with a conductive coating arranged overlaying the pressure sensing film. The electroactive polymer film comprises at least one deformable segment that may be deformed temporarily by the application of a voltage over the at least one deformable segment in the electroactive polymer film, the mobile electronic device further comprises a control unit arranged to control the dynamic hardware controls.

    • A device may determine a first distance between a viewer and a display of a device. The display may include a first parallax barrier including a plurality of parallax barrier clusters. Each of the parallax barrier clusters includes a plurality of parallax barrier elements that are parallel to one another and parallel to the parallax barrier clusters. The device may also determine a second distance between a right eye of the viewer and a left eye of the viewer, and move parallax barrier elements to control spacing between the parallax barrier clusters based on the first distance and the second distance. Furthermore, the device may send, from the display, light rays of a right-eye image of a stereoscopic image and a left-eye image of the stereoscopic image to a right eye of the viewer and a left eye of the viewer, respectively, through the spacing between the parallax barrier clusters.

    • A computing device may be configured to display content based on the content type, and may include a display, a memory configured to store instructions, and at least one processor coupled to the display and the memory. The at least one processor may be configured to execute instructions stored in the memory to determine content information associated with a display mode, receive input display data associated with the content information, select a display mode based upon the determined content information, generate output display data based on the selected display mode and the input display data, and provide the output display data to the display based on the selected display mode. For example, the device may select interlace mode as a default mode for display, and may select progressive mode when the determined content information indicates the input display data is high quality video data.
