The rotatable machining device is equipped with a cold-air blower device that has a pressurized air inlet and a pressurized air outlet such that the pressurized air outlet is used as a cold air outlet and directed onto the part of the tool that contacts the pipe during machining, blowing the tool with cold pressurized air.
