摘要： A system and method for attaching an enclosure to a golf cart includes a flange member extending outwardly from a golf cart and a mounting strip having a tab portion attached to a golf cart enclosure panel. The mounting strip also includes a body portion having a u-shaped channel which is dimensioned and adapted to be press-fit onto an outer edge of the flange member thereby securing the enclosure panel to the golf cart.

摘要： An improved canopy assembly is provided for a rearwardly extending protective canopy for a motorized golf cart of the type having a top covering the passenger seating area and an uncovered bag storage area located rearward of the seating area. The canopy assembly may be extended where the protective canopy substantially covers the cart's golf bag storage area protecting the bags from rainfall. The canopy assembly may be folded where the protective canopy is moved out of the way allowing golf clubs to be removed from the golf bags without hitting the canopy assembly. In an embodiment of the present invention, the canopy includes a releasable fastener for allowing the upper front edge of the canopy to be attached to the lower bottom edge to retain the canopy in the folded position. A protective flap is used to cover the folded canopy, protecting it from weathering elements when it is not in use.

The canopy cover includes a canopy comprising a bottom edge, a top edge, sides, and a frame structure adapted to support the canopy. The canopy is attached to the frame structure and the frame structure is foldable between an extended position and a retracted position. The canopy cover also includes a plate-mounted boss that is adapted to pivotally attach the frame structure to the side walls. The plate-mounted boss is fixedly secured to at least one of the side walls.

摘要： A golf cart enclosure includes a roof panel, a rear panel, two side panels and a front panel to enclose an interior space of the golf cart. The front panel includes an opening adapted to surround a windshield of the golf cart. The front panel further includes a channel provided around a perimeter of the front panel opening for receiving at least one drawstring. Upon pulling the drawstring tight and locking in position, the edges of the front panel around the opening are drawn in toward a center of the opening to neatly and snuggly fit the enclosure to golf carts of varying dimensions.
