摘要： An unattended ground sensor for the monitoring of a remote area. The unattended ground sensor comprises a housing that supports a power source, a communications module, at least one sensor module and a mainframe module. Additionally, the unattended ground sensor includes a common electrical bus in electrical communication with the power source, the communications module, the at least one sensor module, and the mainframe module. The common electrical bus is operative to provide a communications pathway between the power source, the communications module, the at least one sensor, and the mainframe module. Accordingly, the mainframe module is operative to control the operation of the unattended ground sensor through the common electrical bus.

摘要： A method for mitigating interference among a plurality of radar sets utilizes the steps of: determining the direction in which a radar antenna is pointing; selecting one of a plurality of different non-interfering radar signals based upon the direction that the radar antenna is pointing, each different non-interfering radar signal beam dedicated to a particular direction of the radar antenna; and utilizing the selected radar signal. Radar antennae pointed toward one another do not interfere with one another since they are both using different non-interfering radar signals.

摘要： This invention synthesizes a continuous wave signal from a finite periodic complex signal waveform by digitizing the finite waveform, matching the phase of the digitized waveform at its recorded beginning (head) to its recorded end (tail) and then playing out the waveform over and over in a head-to-tail fashion. The quality of the "phase match" between the waveform head and tail as well as the head-to-tail segment length determines the frequency accuracy of the synthesized continuous waveform. The basic formula ##EQU1## is used.
