摘要： To provide optimized real-time charging for simultaneous services there is provided a method and apparatus for executing a real-time charging session in a charging system being interfaced to at least one communication network. At start of a charging session or during re-authorization of reserved funds there is executed an optimized fund reservation for multi-service and/or multi-unit type services such that it is possible to optimize the fund resources considering various services and related service types in parallel. Fund reservation is executed for multi-service and/or multi-unit type services such that deviations between time of predicted fund depletion for the at least two services and/or for the at least two service types are minimized. Therefore, the signalling traffic to and from the charging system is reduced significantly.

摘要： An X-ray diagnostic device has an X-ray tube and a diaphragm housing in which diaphragm plates for limiting an X-ray field are contained, as are a lamp and a mirror. The lamp and mirror are configured so that, when the lamp is on, the light therefrom is reflected by the mirror so that the reflected ray field coincides with the hypothetical X-ray field. At least one filter for filtering the X-rays is disposed in the diaphragm housing. The mirror and the filter or filters are attached to a single disk that rotates around an axis such that either the mirror or a filter is within the hypothetical X-ray field.

The X-ray tube is able to emit a radiation field towards the image receptor. Further, an X-ray grid is included, that is introducable into the radiation field, as well as an attachment unit that can be attached to the object table. In order to obtain an X-ray diagnostic unit having an arrangement that eliminates the risk of exposing the patient to be examined to an unnecessarily high dose of X-ray radiation, the object table is provided with a sensing arrangement that is connected to a transport device for the X-ray grid. Upon applying the attachment unit to the object table, the attachment unit actuates the sensing arrangement in such a way that the transport device transports the X-ray grid out of the radiation field.

The table plate is substantially continuously vertically displaceable relative to the base, so that a magnification factor for radiograms of a female breast is continuously adjustable. An X-ray diagnostic device for mammography examinations has an arm supporting an X-ray tube, the arm having a longitudinal axis and a magnification table as described above, and an X-ray receiver. The table plate of the magnification table is displaceable in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the arm so that a magnification factor for radiograms of a female breast is continuously adjustable.

摘要： The present invention provides a flexible selection of subscriber and account related data for charging purposes in a communication network. The subscriber account has at least one charging resource type which is instantiated into at least one charging resource of the charging resource type, and the charging resource is associated with at least one subscriber account. Initially, there is executed an analysis of a service data describing a service event and subscriber/subscriber group related data describing at least one subscriber account to which the service event is to be charged using a configurable analysis structure for generation of a charging resource matching key. The charging resource matching key describes what class of charging resource types could be used for charging the service event. Then, the charging resource matching key is matched to at least one charging resource falling under the classification of the charging resource matching key and being associated with at least one subscriber account to which the service event is to be charged. Finally, the selected at least one charging resource is manipulated.
