摘要： A replication track is a designated group of transactions that are to be replicated at a destination database in a way that, with respect to any other transaction in the replication track, preserves transactional dependency. Further, transactions in a replication track can be replicated at the destination database without regard to transactional dependency of other transactions in another track. This facilitates concurrent parallel replication of transactions of different tracks. Replicating data in this manner is referred to herein as track replication. An application may request execution of transactions and designate different tracks for transactions.

摘要： A spring includes upper and lower runs of wire interconnected by an intermediate run of wire, all of the runs being integrally formed from spring wire. The opposite ends of the upper and lower runs respectively include hooks and coils while the intermediate run includes a coil. The hooks and coils of the upper and lower runs are used to connect the spring to an adjacent spring with the hook of one spring being received about the coil of an adjacent spring. The upper and lower runs are offset above and below the coils of the upper and lower runs respectively to accommodate a helical wire which is wrapped around the upper run for interconnecting runner wires which extend transversely of the upper run. The runner wires have offset portions which are secured to the upper runs by the helical wire. In one form the coils in the upper and lower runs are provided with a projecting recess or ear for receiving the hooks of an adjacent spring.

摘要： A mattress core particularly useful in a sofa bed has a plurality of rows of coil springs extending longitudinally of the coil in the head to foot direction thereof. A plurality of coiled spring wires extend transversely of the rows while interconnecting adjacent coil springs in each row and adjacent coil springs of adjacent rows by being wound about the coil springs. The coiled spring wires are located on opposite sides of the core. On only one side of the core which forms the sleep surface are a plurality of transversely extending "torsion" spring wires, however, these wires are of a generally rectilinear shape with intermediate offset portions at intervals extending generally along the head to foot direction while being connected to the coil springs of each of the rows. The offset portions provide torsion arms providing torsional resistance to deflection at the sleep surface to thereby increase resistance to deflection while, at the same time, distributing loads across the sleep surface. The bottom side of the core opposite the sleep surface does not have the torsion wires and is therefore more flexible than the spring surface to facilitate compression of the core when moved into the sofa mode.

摘要： Method and apparatus for forming multi-layer expanded film. A base film extruded by a die is coated, immediately downstream of the die mouth, by a further layer of fluid propelled from a manifold through a metering orifice. The combination of manifold and metering orifice is necessary to permit accurate control of the flow rate of the fluid and hence of the thickness of the coating, and the mouth of the die and the metering orifice must be very close so that the base film is as resistant as possible to deflection by the impact of the coating fluid, and so that contact takes place before any substantially expansion has taken place. The downstream end of the resulting multi-layer tubular film is then held closed in known fashion and the closed tube is expanded by air under pressure admitted by an opening in the die.

摘要： A submersible motor comprising a first housing including a motor and a second housing enclosing electrical connections between the motor and a jacketed electrical cord to the second housing. The first housing has a cavity therein in the periphery thereof. A body of compressible resilient elastomeric material is positioned in the cavity and has an exterior configuration and dimensions which conform generally with the configuration and dimensions of the cavity. The body has a plurality of generally axial passages therein through which the magnet wires from the motor extend. The wires have a diameter so that they can be readily inserted through the passages in the body. The second housing has an annular wall extending axially through the open end of the cavity in the first housing and operable, when the second housing is in mounted position on the first housing, to compress the body radially into tight conformity with the wires from the motor.

摘要： A foldable bed is movable between an unfolded position, in which interconnected seat, cavity, and body sections are substantially horizontally aligned and of substantially uniform depth, and a folded position, in which the body section is horizontally disposed, the seat section is horizontally disposed and overlies said body section, the cavity section is generally upright and extends between the body and seat sections. In the folded position, the seat section of the mattress is collapsible, and the cavity section of the mattress is noncollapsible. The bed frame can include a leg that is a space away from the frame in the folded position that compresses a mattress head section, thereby forming spaced within which collapsible springs of the seat section can reside. The bed can include springs having upper, intermediate, and lower runs, wherein the upper and lower runs include offset portions extending in opposite directions that are generally orthogonal to a plane defined by the spring intermediate run. The bed can also include grid wires to which such springs are interconnected that have rotation-limiting means that interact with the offset portions of the spring.
