摘要： Provided is a method of managing mobility of a user equipment. The method includes: establishing by a first base station a communication with the user equipment; transmitting by the first base station a Coordinated Multiple Point (CoMP) addition request to a second base station; establishing by the first and second base stations a CoMP communication with the user equipment according to the CoMP addition request; transmitting by the first base station an anchor cell change request to the second base station; and operating the second base station as an anchor cell of the CoMP communication according to the anchor cell switch request.

摘要： Provided is a subframe scheduling method in which a relay may transmit interval information of a service to a base station, and the base station may modify a location of a subframe based on the interval information, and thereby preventing a quality deterioration occurring due to a retransmission failure. The subframe scheduling method may include: setting and transmitting, by a base station, subframe information; setting and implementing, by a relay, a service based on the subframe information; transmitting, by the relay, interval information of the service to the base station; modifying, by the base station, the subframe information based on the interval information; and transmitting, by the base station, the modified subframe information to the relay.

The method of performing handover in a mobile communication network includes: receiving QoS requirement on a mobile service basis from a user terminal; determining a most suitable mobile network to QoS requirement of a mobile service as a network for handover; and requesting handover to a base station of a mobile network determined as a network for handover. Therefore, in consideration of characteristics of a mobile network and a quality of a service used by a user, by determining handover to an optimum mobile network on a service quality basis, service interruption due to performing unnecessary handover can be prevented and by effectively distributing traffic of a mobile network, overload of a system can be prevented.
