摘要： A process for the preparation of a 5,5'-bi-1H-tetrazole diammonium salt by dropwisely adding the aqueous hydrogen peroxide to which a small amount of weakly acidic substance has been added, to a starting aqueous solution containing hydrogen cyanide or sodium cyanide or potassium cyanide, sodium azide and a catalytic amount of copper sulfate preferably at a low temperature to maintain the pH of the reaction solution over a range of from 5 to 6, heating the reaction solution to effect the oxidation and cyclization reaction, reacting the reaction product with ammonium chloride or an aqueous solution thereof, and recovering the formed ammonium salt in the form of sparingly soluble crystals. The desired product is obtained in a high yield and in a high purity from the starting materials which are cheaply available and are easy to handle through a decreased number of steps, i.e., through a one-pot reaction without requiring cumbersome after-treatment.

摘要： A process for preparing 5,5′-bi-1H-tetrazolediammonium salts (BHT.2NH3) maintaining a high yield through oxaldiimidic acid dihydrazide (OAH) from the starting materials which are cheaply available and are easy to handle. The 5,5′-bi-1H-tetrazolediammonium salts (BHT.2NH3) are prepared by dissolving the oxaldiimidic acid dihydrazide (OAH) obtained by the reaction of hydrated hydrazide with dicyan in an aqueous solution of a weakly acidic compound such as acetic acid, dropwisely adding an aqueous solution of sodium nitrite thereto to form an azide thereof and to effect the cyclization reaction by heating, adding an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide to the reaction product to convert it into a 5,5′-bi-1H-tetrazoledisodium salt (BHT.2Na), reacting it with an aqueous solution of ammonium chloride, and recovering the formed ammonium salt as sparingly soluble crystals.

摘要： A process for the preparation of a 5,5'-bi-1H-tetrazole diammonium salt by using dicyan, sodium azide, ammonium chloride and water as a reaction medium. This process is industrially advantageous since the 5,5'-bi-1H-tetrazole diammonium salt is synthesized and, then, the precipitated crystals thereof are simply isolated by filtration to obtain the 5,5'-bi-1H-tetrazole diammonium salt maintaining an yield which is not lower than 90%. The 5,5'-bi-1H-tetrazole diammonium salt is a gas-generating agent for air bags, which is lowly toxic and is easy to handle.

摘要： A lubricant is provided for use in hot working such as cross-roll rolling of a seamless steel pipe. It effectively reduces the friction coefficient between the working tools and the material under the hot work, thus extending the lives of the tools. The lubricant contains: (A) from about 10 to about 60 wt % of alkali silicate; (B) from about 1 to about 20 wt % of silane coupling agent; (C) from about 0.1 to about 5.0 wt % of at least one kind of alkali compound selected from a group consisting of an alkali hydroxide, an alkali carbonate, an alkali borate and an alkali salt of mineral acid; and (D) from about 30 to about 70 wt % of water. Alternatively, the lubricant contains: (A) from about 10 to about 60 wt % of alkali silicate; (B) from about 1 to about 20 wt % of silane coupling agent; (C) from about 0.1 to about 5.0 wt % of at least one kind of alkali compound selected from a group consisting of an alkali hydroxide, an alkali carbonate, an alkali borate and an alkali salt of mineral acid; (D) from about 5 to about 50 wt % of water; (E) from about 10 to about 60 wt % of iron oxide; and (F) from about 0.1 to about 5.0 wt % of at least one additive selected from a group consisting of a dispersant and a thickening agent.

摘要： A periodontal pocket cleaning device is provided which has a very excellent effect for the prevention of periodontal diseases, which is least liable to cause injury to the periodontal pocket, which can be used at any place without limiting the place of its use, which is able to obtain a stabilized atomized jet without being influenced by the height position of the handy probe, and which is available at a low cost. The periodontal cleaning device includes a handy probe provided with an air-jet ejection mechanism, an air pump for producing compressed air, and an air-feeding tube for feeding the compressed air from the air pump to the handy probe. The handy probe is provided with a liquid storage tank for storing liquid agent such as water or liquid chemicals therein. The jet-out pressure of the compressed air to be ejected from the nozzle of the handy probe is set in a range of from 0.05 to 0.08 kg/cm.sup.2. The jet-out quanity of the compressed air is set in a range of from 2 to 30 l/min. and the jet-out quanity of the liquid agent is set in a range of from 1 to 10 cc/min.

摘要： An oral hygiene device comprises a rotating body 22 mounted to a rotating shaft 21 of an electric motor 14, an output shaft 11 resiliently supported via a resonance pin 25 to be swingable finely, a drive magnetic body 23 provided on the rotating body 22, and a driven magnetic body 31 provided on the output shaft 11 to face the drive magnetic body 23 so as to be out of contact therewith. The drive magnetic body 23 and the driven magnetic body 31 are composed of permanent magnets, and as the rotating body 22 revolves, a varying magnetic field is generated between the both magnetic bodies 23, 31 to cause vibration of the output shaft 11 at high speed. In this manner, there are provided a vibration generating device, which can be manufactured at low cost and efficiently transmits vibration, and an oral hygiene device using the same.
