摘要： Embodiments of the present invention disclose a data transmission method, a base station, and a terminal. The method includes: configuring a band of standard bandwidth within transmission bandwidth of a base station as terminal-specific standard bandwidth when the transmission bandwidth of the base station is nonstandard bandwidth; notifying a terminal of configuration information of the terminal-specific standard bandwidth; and performing data transmission with the terminal within the terminal-specific standard bandwidth. The preceding technical solution is applicable to data transmission between a base station and a terminal in a communication system.

摘要： Embodiments of the present invention relate to the communication field, and disclose a resource allocation method, apparatus, and system, which solve a problem that the size of resource allocation indication information increases with the increase of the transmission bandwidth, and redundancy of physical layer signaling increases with the increase of the transmission bandwidth. The method includes: allocating time-frequency resources in specific bandwidth to a terminal, where the specific bandwidth is a band less than or equal to system bandwidth; determining the size of resource allocation information according to the specific bandwidth; and sending the resource allocation information to the terminal to indicate the allocated time-frequency resources. The embodiments of the present invention are mainly applied to the process in which the base station allocates time-frequency resources to the terminal.

The method includes: receiving a component carrier (CC) uplink synchronization indication message sent by a base station, where the uplink synchronization indication message carries identification information of one or multiple newly configured CCs; sending synchronization signaling to the base station when knowing that the uplink synchronization needs to be executed on all or a part of the one or multiple newly configured CCs corresponding to the identification information; and receiving a time advanced (TA) adjusting message that is sent by the base station according to the synchronization signaling, and applying a TA value carried in the TA adjusting message to the CC on which the uplink synchronization needs to be executed.
