    • An exemplary heat sink assembly includes a heat sink and a clip resiliently clamping the heat sink on a printed circuit board. The heat sink includes a base and a plurality of first fins and two central second fins extending upwardly from the base. The clip includes a locating portion fixed between the second fins of the heat sink, a pair of elastic portions extending outwardly from opposite ends of the locating portion and oriented towards substantially opposite directions, and two hooks extending outwardly from ends of the operating members, respectively. An acute included angle is formed between each elastic portion and the locating portion of the clip in an original relaxed position, and the acute included angles become approximately right angles when the clip is preassembled in the heat sink with the elastic portions abutting the second fins.

    • A method, an apparatus, a system, User Equipment (UE), and a server for receiving and delivering a media service are disclosed. The method for receiving a media service includes: judging whether a call setup request carries a media service identifier; and receiving media information indicated by the media service identifier if the call setup request carries the media service identifier. At the time of exchanging information, an identifier is carried in the information to indicate the attribute of the media information to be received by the UE, and therefore, the UE can notify the imminent or ongoing service to the user and prepare for receiving the media information according to the attribute of the media information. The identifier also indicates the media service processing capability of the UE, and corresponding operations are performed according to different capabilities of the UE. Therefore, the UE receives the media information that matches its media service processing capability.

    • A calling method for the video phone, includes: playing a Multimedia Ring Back Tone for a calling terminal via a first bearer of video phone established between a Multimedia Ring Back Tone server and the calling terminal; establishing a second bearer of video phone between a called terminal and the Multimedia Ring Back Tone server upon detecting that the called terminal answers the call; and performing a video phone communication between the calling terminal and the called terminal via the first bearer and the second bearer established. Another calling method for the video phone, comprises: playing a Multimedia Ring Back Tone for the calling terminal by the Multimedia Ring Back Tone server via a third bearer of video phone established with the calling terminal; establishing a fourth bearer of video phone between the calling terminal and the called terminal, and performing the video phone communication between the calling terminal and the called terminal via the fourth bearer. The present invention also provides the corresponding systems, thereby realizing the Multimedia Ring Back Tone service of video phone.

    • An adjustable shunt regulator comprises an operational amplifier, a transistor having a base terminal operatively connected to the output of the operational amplifier, a diode operatively connected in parallel with the transistor, and a voltage reference connected to the inverting input of the operational amplifier. The operational amplifier provides an output signal at the output thereof that corresponds to a difference between an input signal applied to the non-inverting input and the voltage reference. The output signal controls a voltage between the collector and emitter. A current source is operatively connected to the inverting input of the operational amplifier, and a capacitor is operatively connected to the inverting input of the operational amplifier in parallel with voltage reference. Upon a start-up condition of the shunt regulator, the capacitor is charged by current supplied by the current source causing the voltage reference to be limited to a charge voltage of the capacitor. The charge time of the capacitor defines a delay period before the voltage reference reaches a final voltage. Charging of the capacitor stops when the capacitor voltage equals the final voltage of the voltage reference. As a result, the operational amplifier is prevented from going into a saturation state, thereby minimizing overshoot of an output voltage regulated by the shunt regulator.
