摘要： New isoquinoline derivatives and pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts represented by the following general formula (I) ##STR1## wherein Ar is an aromatic ring which may be substituted, and n shows 0, 1 or 2, have an inhibitory activity against apoptotic neuronal cell death. These compounds are useful for agents of prevention and treatment of neuronal neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, Huntington's chorea and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, cerebral ischemic injury such as stroke, and peripheral neuropathy in diabetes mellitus.

摘要： A secondary air introducing apparatus for introducing secondary air into the exhaust manifold of an internal combustion engine. The apparatus includes a secondary air introducing passage connected between the air cleaner and the exhaust manifold of the engine, a check valve in the passage arranged to operate in response to pulsation pressure in the exhaust manifold to supply clean secondary air thereto, a first expansion chamber interposed in the passage on an upstream side of the check valve, and a second expansion chamber interposed in the passage on an upstream side of the first chamber. 摘要： An exhaust port liner for an internal combustion engine is formed of thin wall heat resistant material and is provided with an entrance opening at one side to receive exhaust gases discharged from an engine combustion chamber. A poppet type valve which closes against a stationary seat has a portion which extends through the entrance opening of the liner and also through an aperture in a wall of the liner. This aperture may also receive a portion of the valve stem guide and the liner may be fixed to the valve stem guide in the region of said aperture. The liner has a discharge opening and a support flange supporting the liner encircles the discharge opening. A peripheral layer of heat insulating material may be provided on the liner and this heat insulating material may be confined within a shell forming a part of the liner.

摘要： An exhaust port liner for an internal combustion engine has an entrance opening at one side into which exhaust gases are directed by means of a cylindrical sleeve fixed relative to the exhaust valve seat. A portion of the poppet type exhaust valve extends through the sleeve and into the entrance opening. The liner is inserted into the exhaust port from the discharge end of the exhaust port. The liner is secured to the valve stem guide and is also supported near its discharge opening. The sleeve may be fixed to an insulating ring abutting the valve seat, or the sleeve may be threaded directly to the valve seat.

Driving power is supplied to a power module housed in the panel case of each of sets made up of the serially connected body and light modulation for the surface light emitting bodies housed in the panel cases of each set is exerted independently by the power module housed in the each hub case of each set.
