摘要： The present invention provides a packaging carton for fragile, apparatus for making cartoon bottom, and method for making the carton bottom. The packaging carton includes a bottom and peripheral wall which jointly define a receiving space for storing fragile glass substrate with the bottom. The bottom has a skeleton configuration and is made from plastic blowing technology. By the forgoing, the present invention can effectively reduce the packaging cost, and which in turn reducing the cost of the product.

摘要： The present invention provides a packaging box and stop wall of packaging box. The packaging box includes at least bottom plate, four third box-body splicing elements and four stop walls. The third box-body splicing element is fixed at each corner of the bottom plate and the two ends of stop wall are connected respectively to the two third box-body splicing elements on a side of the bottom plate and fixed between the two third box-body splicing elements to form with the bottom plate a semi-closed packaging box having open top. As such, the present invention can realize the packaging of liquid crystal panels of different sizes and increase the utilization efficiency of the packaging box to protect the liquid crystal panels as well as reducing packaging cost.

Each of the first and second components includes a base board, and the first and second components are engageable with each other to support the substrate. At least one of the first and second components includes a sidewall extending upward from an edge thereof. A mold with a smaller size can thus be used for making the first and second components, which are combined to form the packing box of a larger size so as to reduce the cost.

With this, the present invention can effectively reduce the cost of the packaging carton, and which in turn reduce the cost of the product.

摘要： The present invention publishes a box and a tray used to hold LCD panels. The tray comprises a carrying part, a supporting part, and buffering items. The carrying part is used to carry the LCD panel. The supporting part is located on the sides of the carrying part, and the supporting part comprises compartment slots. The buffering items are placed inside the compartment slots in order to improve the structural strength of the supporting part. The embodiment of the present invention improves the structural strength of the tray through the effects of buffering items. It also controls the production costs and avoids damages to LCD panels during transport caused due to insufficient strength of the tray.

摘要： The present invention provides a backboard, a backlight module, and a liquid crystal display device. The backboard is configured by at least two units interconnected together, wherein the backboard includes a bottom and sidewall extending from edge of the bottom, wherein the sidewall is provided with at least a fastener which is implemented by attaching a screw onto the sidewall. The backboard is configured by two interconnected units so as to reduce the manufacturing cost. The backlight module and the liquid crystal display device are also benefited with reduced manufacturing cost. The backboard is provided with fastener implemented by attaching a screw. Accordingly, this arrangement is specially suitable for the situation in which the fasteners can not be integrally formed with the backboard. This arrangement is further beneficial for the assembling of the backlight module.
