    • The present invention provides a packaging box and stop wall of packaging box. The packaging box includes at least bottom plate, four third box-body splicing elements and four stop walls. The third box-body splicing element is fixed at each corner of the bottom plate and the two ends of stop wall are connected respectively to the two third box-body splicing elements on a side of the bottom plate and fixed between the two third box-body splicing elements to form with the bottom plate a semi-closed packaging box having open top. As such, the present invention can realize the packaging of liquid crystal panels of different sizes and increase the utilization efficiency of the packaging box to protect the liquid crystal panels as well as reducing packaging cost.

    • The present invention teaches a packaging box and a related manufacturing method. The packaging box contains a top cover and a bottom cover. The top cover is an assembly of a first member and a second member embedded in a first indentation of the first member. The first member directly supports the packaged objects and has a better buffering capability than that of the second member. The bottom cover is an assembly of a third member and a fourth member embedded in a second indentation of the third member. The third member directly supports the packaged objects and has a better buffering capability than that of the fourth member. As such, the present invention can effectively reduce the material cost as well as product cost for the packaging box.

    • The present provides a packaging carton, wherein the packaging carton includes a container. The container includes a base defining a receiving space. A bottom buffering pad is disposed on a bottom surface of the receiving space. A corner buffering pad is arranged in corner of the receiving space, and is dimensioned to match with corner of a workload. Wherein the base, the bottom buffering pad, and the corner buffering pad are inherited with a first buffering property, a second buffering property, and a third buffering property, respectively, wherein the second and third buffering properties are better than the first buffering property. With this, the present invention can effectively reduce the cost of the packaging carton, and which in turn reduce the cost of the product.
