摘要： The present invention provides a pixel electrode. The pixel electrode comprises a peripheral frame electrode that is in an enclosed form and at least one pair of peripheral edges of the peripheral frame electrode are provided, on outer sides thereof, with a sawtooth-like configuration. The sawtooth-like configuration comprises tooth troughs having an extension direction that is substantially parallel to and consistent with an extension direction of branch electrodes of the pixel electrode corresponding thereto so that liquid crystal in an area corresponding to the peripheral frame electrode may incline in the direction of the branch electrodes in the same way as liquid crystal in an inside area of the peripheral frame electrode inclines in such a direction to prevent the occurrence of dark patterns in the area corresponding to the peripheral frame electrode. Application of the pixel electrode to an HVA liquid crystal display panel would effectively improve transmission rate and brightness of the liquid crystal display panel so as to improve the display performance.

摘要： The present invention provides a COA type liquid crystal display panel. In each pixel unit of the lower substrate, borders of the color resist layer in respective directions are all located at inner sides of the frame electrode and the common electrode line, then no color resist layer is arranged between the frame electrode and the common electrode line to reduce a vertical distance between the frame electrode and the common electrode line and provide a larger storage capacitor. Accordingly, the display quality of the COA type liquid crystal display panel is promoted.

摘要： The present invention provides a method for bonding pins in OLB area, by forming via holes on the planarization layer of the OLB area corresponding to each pin, the subsequently formed connection wires connecting the pins through the via holes above the pins so that the corresponding pins being connected by the connection wires. As the connection wires completely cover the via holes above the pins, the problem of residual conductive material in the via holes during forming the connection wires does not occur. Compared to the known technology opening a large area on the planarization layer of the OLB area, the present invention avoids the conductive material residual at the bottom of the via hole on the planarization layer and related short circuit and poor display problems.

Each of pixel units of the thin film transistor array substrate includes a first, second, third, and fourth domains. The present invention can increase the display quality of the display panel at the observation viewing angles with the large viewing angles.

The color filter array substrate includes a glass substrate, a first metal layer, an insulating layer, an active layer, an ohmic contact layer, a second metal layer, a first passivation layer, a color filter layer, a second passivation layer, and a pixel electrode layer. In the color filter layer, channels are formed at locations where color resists overlap, a common electrode line is disposed on the first metal layer corresponding to the channels and a metal line is disposed on the second metal layer corresponding to the channels. The present invention can effectively shield light leakage, and can also increase liquidity of the PI and LCD.
