摘要： The present invention discloses a method for identifying travel classification based on smartphone travel surveys. The method takes individual volunteers as the object, GPS information collected by smartphones and instant recall verification features of respondents as the data source. First, travel features, individual features, and family features are determined by GPS data and questionnaire information of volunteers. Then, a training data set is determined by the equal proportion method. Finally, an artificial neural network combined with a particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to detect travel classification from the survey data. The method described in the invention can realize automatic identification of six travel classifications. It is conducive to replace the traditional resident travel survey with the advanced survey method under the environment of big data. At the same time, it provides data foundation for urban management and planning.

摘要： A high-frequency vibration welding conditioning system for achieving better metal material properties is disclosed, which comprises a host computer, a signal generator, a power amplifier, a high-frequency vibrator, a high-frequency vibration energy amplification and transfer device, an acceleration sensor, and a cooling module, the host computer controlling the signal generator to output a sinusoidal excitation signal which is independently and continuously adjustable in amplitude and frequency, the sinusoidal excitation signal being inputted to the high-frequency vibrator via the power amplifier. A method for achieving better metal material properties by the high-frequency vibration welding conditioning system is also disclosed, which comprises steps of manufacturing the high-frequency vibration energy amplification and transfer device, manufacturing a stepped mounting block, clamping a small-sized specimen on a pallet, determining output excitation frequency of the signal generator for high-frequency vibration welding, and performing high-frequency vibration welding process on the small-sized specimen. The present invention has the advantage of being capable of performing high-frequency vibration welding process on a metal material during solidification crystallization process and a metal solid material, thereby achieving better metal material properties right from the source of defect.

摘要： The present invention discloses a method of reducing octane loss in catalytic cracking of gasoline in S-Zorb plant. The method comprises following steps: a. Collecting equipment data and adjusting differences thereamong to construct initial data sample set; b. Collating data sample set; c. Employing local linear s embedding to reduce dimension of independent variables, and trimming the independent variables to obtain reserved independent variables; d. Calculating correlation coefficients of the reserved independent variables and removing variables with too high correlation coefficients to obtain main variables; e. Constructing a BP neural network model of the main variables to obtain optimal octane loss prediction model; f. Employing the optimal octane loss prediction model to obtain a predicted optimal operating condition for each main variable. The present invention is different from traditional chemical mechanism method at aspect of building FCC technology process. For enterprises, they can employ it to analyze influencing factors of octane loss according to local conditions, and being able to reduce octane loss and improve quality of refined oil.

摘要： The present invention discloses a method of constructing a high-frequency vibratory stress relief device for eliminating residual stress of a small work-piece. The method comprises the following steps: (1) fabricating a high-frequency vibration energy amplification device; (2) fabricating a clamping device; (3) mounting the high-frequency vibration energy amplification device; (4) obtaining surface residual stress distribution on the small work-piece by means of X-ray diffraction; (5) establishing a finite element model of the small work-piece, obtaining natural frequencies, displacement modes and strain modes of the bending vibration of various orders by means of numerical modal analysis; (6) determining the required strain mode shape and corresponding natural frequency, and record it as a target frequency f; (7) determining the structural dimensions of the high-frequency vibration energy amplification device; (8) analyzing the displacement mode to obtain loci of the vibration node lines and number of the vibration node lines; (9) clamping the small work-piece; (10) attaching strain gauges; (11) connecting the strain gauges with a dynamic strain meter, connecting the dynamic strain meter with a host computer system, connecting the host computer system with a signal generator, connecting the signal generator with a power driver, and connecting the power driver with the electromagnetic exciter. The present invention has the advantage of being able to increase the vibration energy acting on the small work-piece to achieve a better effect of high-frequency vibratory stress relief.
