The apparatus includes individual thread feeding devices for furnishing individual threads to a pairing device in which the individual threads are formed into a single resulting paired thread, and a paired thread feeding device, which includes a cylindrical accumulator coaxial with the individual thread feeder devices, for receiving the single resulting paired thread from the paired feed device and delivering the single resulting paired thread, under controlled tension, to the textile machine.

摘要： To help disabled people to put on socks or stockings without being compelled to lean forward or to bend down, a utensil is disclosed which comprises an elongate rod carrying at one end a round half-shell on which the socks or stockings piece rolled up in the upturned position, the shell being rotatable about a pivot carried by said rod. Once the wearer has slipped his toe tip in the socks tip, he thrusts his foot on into the socks piece and this is gradually unrolled from the shell: by slightly pulling the rod up as the heel area is reached, the socks piece continues to be unrolled and fits the wearer's leg gradually. The reverse manipulation is adopted for pulling the socks out.

摘要： A thread intermingling device for textile machines includes a nozzle oriented to intercept the path of the base threads, a corresponding compressed-air feed line and intercepting means to intercept the line. The base threads are led next to the nozzle and impinged by a jet of compressed air causing intermingling. A control unit controls the intercepting means for shutting down the feed to the nozzle instantaneously or with delay with respect to the device stop and for reactivating the feed of compressed air to the nozzle instantaneously or in advance with respect to the device restart, and for the feedback automatic reactivation depending on the detected speed or movement of base threads.
