摘要： A method of preparing siRNAs for selective inhibition of target mRNA isotypes comprises: dividing target mRNA isotypes intended to inhibit the expression thereof and non-target mRNA isotypes from the mRNA isotypes of a gene; allotting a common location information region (A) of exons on genome DNA corresponding to the target mRNA isotypes; allotting a location information region (B) present specifically in exons of genome DNA corresponding to target mRNAs by excluding the location information region of exons on genome DNA corresponding to non-target mRNA from the location information region (A); determining base sequences in the target mRNAs corresponding to the location information region (B); and obtaining siRNA sequences for inhibiting the determined base sequences specifically. The method of the present invention can be used to prepare siRNAs for selective inhibition of specific target mRNA isotypes in a gene having several isotypes by alternative splicing, and enables siRNA design for all the genes in genome, making good tool for functional genomics study.

摘要： Disclosed is an improved method for the remineralization of process water in a desalination system. The method sequesters carbon dioxide gas (CO2) from seawater or concentrate (brine) of desalination process via a gas transfer membrane. The sequestered carbon dioxide gas (CO2) is thereafter used in the production of soluble calcium bicarbonate (Ca(HCO3)2). The calcium bicarbonate (Ca(HCO3)2) adds hardness and alkalinity to the resulting process water.

摘要： Disclosed is a silver ion water generating apparatus which can improve sterilizing and purifying forces even in a large water tank by widening the contact surface of silver as same weight increasing the amount of the generated silver ions, can be easily maintained by facilitating the exchange of a silver foam, and can prevent the silver ion water from not being properly generated due to the inferiority of current flow between the silver foam and the electrode terminal in use. The silver ion generating apparatus is consist of a water tank for storing water and positive and negative electrodes installed in the interior of the water tank. The positive electrode includes a silver foam in which open cells are formed. A plurality of conductive net bodies connected to an exterior positive electrode terminal are detachably installed in the interior of the water tank. Each silver foam is accommodated in the interior of the conductive net body.
