摘要： A plasma display panel includes a first substrate and a second substrate. The first and the second substrates are flexible and face each other. A discharge electrode sheet is disposed between the first and second substrates to configure a plurality of discharge cells and includes a plurality of patterned discharge electrodes. A phosphor layer is formed in each of the discharge cells. An exhaust gas pathway is formed in the discharge electrode sheet and connects the discharge cells. The exhaust gas pathway that connects adjacent discharge cells is formed in the film shape discharge electrode sheet between the first and second substrates.

摘要： Provided is a plasma display panel. The plasma display panel includes a plurality of substrates comprising a first substrate realizing an image and a second substrate, dielectric walls disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate and defining a plurality of discharge cells, a plurality of a pair of discharge electrodes buried in the dielectric walls and generating a discharge using power that is applied, and phosphor layers formed on the dielectric walls between the discharge electrodes. Luminance and light emitting efficiency of the plasma display panel increase since the distance between the discharge electrodes and the phosphor layers is close by covering the pair of discharge electrodes inside the dielectric walls defining the discharge cells with the plurality of substrates and forming the phosphor layers on the dielectric walls between the discharge electrodes.

摘要： The present invention provides a plasma display panel (PDP) that prevents a frit or a sealing material from entering into a display region during a sealing process of the PDP. The plasma display panel includes a pair of substrates spaced apart from each other by a predetermined gap and facing each other, and a sheet interposed between the pair of substrates. First discharge electrodes and second discharge electrodes are disposed inside the sheet. The second discharge electrodes are spaced apart from the first discharge electrodes. The sheet includes a barrier rib part and a dielectric part. The barrier rib part has a plurality of holes that defines discharge cells together with the pair of substrates. A frit or sealing material is interposed between the dielectric part and each of the pair of the substrates. The frit seals a space formed between the pair of the substrates. A groove is formed on the surface of one substrate of the pair of the substrates. The groove is formed around edge of the substrate outside display region, so that the groove effectively prevent frit from spreading into the display region during manufacturing process of the PDP
