摘要： An applicator 10 for applying a microneedle to a skin includes a tubular housing 11, a piston 20 which transmits a biasing force of a spring 40 to the microneedle, fixation means (a claw receiving portion 16 and claw portions 22a) for fixing the piston 20 against the biasing force of the spring 40 in the housing 11, and a cap 30 provided near a first end of the housing 11. A projecting portion 31 for releasing the piston 20 fixed by the fixation means is provided at a surface of the cap 30 facing the piston 20. The cap 30 is provided to be freely movable in an extending direction of the housing 11 such that the projecting portion 31 can contact the fixation means when the piston 20 is fixed by the fixation means.

The transmission member is provided with a stopper extending in a direction orthogonal to an axial direction thereof. An upper end of the housing is formed with a projection sliding the stopper. The stopper is slid by the lead part to an end part of the projection when the cap is pushed and thereafter disengages from the projection when the cap is further pushed, so that the transmission member transmits the biasing force of an elastic member to a microneedle. 摘要： A sensor unit and LEDs are arranged on a sensor board. A light guide is placed above the resultant structure to be parallel with the sensor. The two end portions of the light guide are bent downward at right angles, and the bent end portions serve as incident portions on which light beams from the LEDs are incident. Light entering the light guide emerges from an exit portion to be irradiated on an original. The light reflected by the original is read by the sensor. The direction in which the reflected light is incident on the sensor is parallel with the direction in which the light from each LED is incident on the incident portion. With this structure, in the image sensor, electrical connection between the LEDs, the sensor unit, and an external system is facilitated.
