Provided is a closed-cycle plant including a high-temperature gas-cooled reactor having a nuclear reactor; a gas turbine that is driven by working fluid heated in the high-temperature gas-cooled reactor; a low-pressure compressor and high-pressure compressor that are linked coaxially with the gas turbine; a power generator connected to the gas turbine through an output shaft; and a power supply unit that is connected to the power generator in a disconnectable manner and supplies electric power, wherein, at startup, the power supply unit is connected to the power generator and electric power is supplied so as to make the speed-up ratio of the power generator constant.

摘要： A variation in calorific value is detected using existing measurement values, without using a measurement device such as a calorimeter. An allowable variation range of a gas turbine power generation output with respect to a charged fuel amount or an allowable variation range of a charged fuel amount with respect to a gas turbine power generation output is set from a relation between the fuel amount charged to the combustor of the gas turbine and the gas turbine power generation output when the fuel gas calorific value is constant, and a calorific abnormality is detected when an actually charged fuel amount or an actual gas turbine power generation output falls outside the allowable variation range.

摘要： A gasifying furnace gasifies solid fuel or liquid fuel. A gas turbine drives a turbine to generate power by using combustion gas generated by burning mixed gas of compressed air compressed in a compressor and gas generated in the gasifying furnace in a combustor. A booster boosts compressed air bled from the compressor, and feed the compressed air to the gasifying furnace. A bleed source valve is provided in a bleed line between the compressor and the booster. An abnormality stop controller stops the booster and the gas turbine, based on an opening angle of the bleed source valve or a bleed pressure on an upstream side of the bleed source valve.
