摘要： A crystal liquid display and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. The liquid crystal display includes upper and lower substrates facing each other, a thin film transistor, a pixel electrode, and a passivation layer. The thin film transistor is provided at an intersection of a gate line and a data line on the lower substrate, and the gate line and the data line cross at right angles. The pixel electrode is provided in a pixel area defined by the gate line and the data line. The passivation layer covers the entire surface of the lower substrate, and includes an opening having an elevation difference surface on a predetermined portion thereof. A concave-convex pattern is provided along the elevation difference surface of the opening.

Accordingly, the thermal conductivity of the epoxy resin compound can be increased because the epoxy resin has a mesogen structure that facilitates crystallizability. In particular, the present invention relates to a polythiophene-based conductive polymer composition comprising an aqueous solution of a polythiophene-based conductive polymer, an alcohol-based organic solvent, an amide-based organic solvent or an aprotic highly-dipolar solvent, a melamine resin and a binder selected among a polyester, a polyurethane resin and an alkoxy silane in a predetermined mixed ratio. The membrane prepared using the same has a high conductivity of less than 1 kΩ/m2 and a high transparency of higher than 95%, thus being applicable to of an anti-static film, a film for touch panel, a film for higher or lower electrode, a film for inorganic EL and a film for display electrode.

The light emitting device (LED) driving apparatus includes: a LED light source unit in which at least one LED channel is connected in parallel; at least one current detector that is disposed on a low end of a LED channel of the LED light source unit to detect the current flowing onto respective LED channels; at least one channel current controller that generates control signal controlling the average current of the channels by comparing current detected from the channels with reference wave; and a switching element that controls the average current of the LED channels in a PWM scheme according to the control signals.

The lens may concentrate the first plurality of rays such that a first position on the display panel has a first light intensity. The driving circuit of a light emitting may include: a DC/DC converter converting an input DC voltage into an output DC voltage; a light emitting device block including a plurality of LED groups connected to an output terminal of the DC/DC converter; a current source circuit unit including a plurality of current sources; a voltage detection unit detecting the output DC voltage of the DC/DC converter; a minimum voltage detection unit detecting a minimum voltage among a plurality of voltages between the plurality of LED groups and the plurality of current sources, respectively; and a single comparator including a first non-inverting input terminal receiving the voltage detected by the voltage detection unit, a second non-inverting input terminal receiving the minimum voltage detected by the minimum voltage detection unit, and an inverting input terminal receiving a predetermined reference voltage.
